Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and building business internationally (mainly emerging markets SEA, Africa, LATAM)
- Identifying new products & generating leads by assessing market opportunities
- Achieving top-line revenue targets at an international level
- Managing and coordinating with distributors in assigned countries
- Understanding legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for export, sales, marketing, and business development in international markets
- Designing strategies and business models for different countries and channel partners




- Identifying the right global business partners for suitable products and managing relevant registration processes
- Negotiating and executing commercial agreements with distributors and suppliers
- Preparing sales budgets and determining country-wise forecasts
- Building and expanding a strong independent customer base without relying on existing company databases
- Driving in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities by identifying strategic partnerships, evaluating product portfolios, and managing end-to-end licensing processes

Qualifications:

- Should be M. Pharm or MBA in marketing.
- selling or new innovative products selling experience.
- Excellent English Communication- Verbal & Written.
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Confident and valuable interpersonal skills
