Position: Branch Relationship Officer (BRO)

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new customers and generate CASA (Current & Savings Account) business.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds, FD/RD, and other retail banking products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance wallet share.
- Conduct field activities, references, and lead generation initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of business targets and adherence to compliance guidelines.




- Deliver superior customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 4 years of sales experience.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, NBFC, or Direct Sales will be preferred.
- Positive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work in a field sales role.
