Role & responsibilities -:

- Clearly analysis of client requirement and input received. Take the ownership of the work carried by the self/next level subordinate.

- Precisely verifying the deliverables in all respects.

- Produces clash and design issue reports.

- Produces BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan.

- Trains team staff when necessary

- Willing to work as an Onsite Sr. BIM Architect with Client's project

- Document control support

- Coordinate with client if required

Preferred candidate profile -:

- B.Arch./M. Arch or foreign equivalent in Architectural /Civil Engineering and Management/Technology from reputed university

- Prefer with 3+years of experience in BIM detailing work from preconstruction through hand off phase of commercial construction.

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit Architecture

- Good knowledge of Navisworks, Sketch up.

- Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively
