Key Responsibilities

- Conduct labour law compliance audits for clients and contractors.
- Review contractor statutory compliance under applicable labour laws.
- Verify contractor compliance relating to:
- Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
- Shops & Establishments Act

- EPF

- ESIC

- Skilled Tax

- Labour Welfare Fund

- Minimum Wages

- Bonus

- Gratuity

- Payment of Wages

- Maternity Benefit
- Equal Remuneration and other applicable labour laws.

- Audit contractor documents including

- Labour licences

- Registration certificates

- Wage registers

- Attendance records

- Wage slips

- Bank payment proofs
- PF & ESIC challans and ECR
- Insurance and statutory records.
- Prepare compliance reports with observations, risk assessment, and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with contractors for closure of audit observations.
- Advise clients on statutory compliance requirements and best practices.
- Assist clients during labour inspections and compliance reviews.
- Prepare MIS reports, compliance dashboards, and audit trackers.
- Keep updated with amendments in labour laws and compliance requirements.
