- Assist the Production Supervisor in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily production activities.

- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the approved production plan and delivery schedule.

- Allocate work to operators and monitor manpower utilization and productivity.

- Monitor production processes, including material preparation, stitching, assembly, cutting, and finishing, as applicable. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of production planning and shop-floor supervision.

- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

- Ability to manage manpower and achieve production targets.
