Role & responsibilities

Tejas Networks is seeking a highly creative and motivated Instructional Designer (Trainee) to support the development of engaging visual and video content across multiple business functions. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality static and dynamic designs, as well as supporting end-to-end video production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop instructional materials, presentations, and e-learning assets
- Create multimedia content for marketing, branding, and internal communication
- Produce and edit videos, including explainer videos, promotional content, and motion graphics
- Develop graphic design assets, including posters, wallpapers, banners, and infographics
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for content creation
- Support end-to-end video production (concept, shooting, editing, and post-production)




- Handle camera operations for photoshoots and video shoots
- Capture and edit high-quality visuals aligned with brand standards
- Ensure consistency in visual identity and corporate branding guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, video editing, and content creation is an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint
- Photography & Videography (Product & Events)
- Positive communication skills
