Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day CKYC operations, including document verification, data validation, record creation, and modification.
- Ensure accurate processing and timely submission of CKYC records as per applicable guidelines and agreed TAT.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, backlog, and SLA performance.
- Handle CKYC-related rejections, discrepancies, and resubmissions, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with KYC norms, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage the operations team, including workload allocation, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve operational issues and process escalations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

- Relevant hands-on experience in CKYC operations is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of CKYC record processing, validation, uploads, modifications, and rejection handling.




- Experience in team management and operational performance monitoring.
- Good knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining quality and TAT.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working in CKYC or banking operations.
- Experience in handling a team and managing operational deliverables.
