Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Web Application Firewall (WAF) Administrator to manage, configure, monitor, and optimize enterprise-grade WAF platforms that protect business-critical web applications from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deploying and administering leading WAF solutions such as F5 Advanced WAF (ASM), Imperva SecureSphere, Akamai Kona Site Defender, Cloudflare WAF, AWS WAF, Azure WAF, and Radware AppWall.

The candidate will work closely with Application, Infrastructure, Security Operations, SOC, and DevOps teams to ensure robust web application security, compliance and Threat Migration.

Key Responsibilities

WAF Administration & Operations

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain WAF infrastructure.
- Manage and tune security policies to protect web applications.
- Configure signatures, custom rules, ACLs, IP reputation filtering, and geo-blocking policies.




- Monitor WAF health, performance, and capacity utilization.
- Perform WAF upgrades, patching, and change management activities.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness of WAF platforms.

Security Policy Management

- Create and maintain application-specific security policies.
- Fine-tune OWASP Top 10 protections.
- Customize signatures and security controls based on application requirements.
- Reduce false positives and false negatives.
- Conduct policy reviews and rule optimization.
