KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve ambitious revenue, sales and profitability targets across domestic and international markets.
- Expand Global Markets: Drive market penetration and customer acquisition across APAC, MENA, Japan and Europe through strategic partnerships, distribution networks and key account development.
- Lead Sales & Marketing: Build, lead and motivate a high-performing Sales and Marketing team with transparent targets, ownership and accountability for results.
- Develop Strategic Customers: Personally engage with key customers, build long-term partnerships, lead commercial negotiations and convert high-value opportunities into business.
- Drive Execution & Performance: Establish a disciplined sales review mechanism, monitor pipelines and conversion rates, identify performance gaps and take timely corrective action.
- Identify New Growth Opportunities: Explore new markets, product applications,



customer segments and business models in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and natural ingredients industries.
- Ensure Profitable Growth: Work closely with R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Finance teams to strengthen product positioning, meet customer needs and deliver sustainable business growth
