- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation and order follow-up
- Handle customer queries regarding products, pricing, order status, and after-sales support
- Coordinate with the sales and CRM team to update call outcomes and customer data in the CRM/tracking system
- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments .
- Maintain call logs, daily reports, and lead status trackers
- Escalate unresolved complaints or technical queries to the concerned department
- Hindi and English fluency and computer proficiency is mandatory.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
