- Administer and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environments.
- Manage ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, HA, DRS, and vMotion.
- Support Windows Server hybrid environments and virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Administer Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Azure VDI environments.
- Perform P2V migrations and VM migrations to Azure/AWS.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and security.
- Troubleshoot virtualization, desktop, and server issues.
