We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Voice Process Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Maintain clear communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
- Follow company communication standards, policies, and procedures.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain call quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or other relevant languages.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customer queries patiently.
