- Set up and operate VMC CNC machines for machining various components.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, machining drawings, and work instructions.

- Perform job setting, fixture setting, tool setting, and workpiece alignment.

- Load and execute CNC programs and make minor program corrections as required.

- Set tool offsets, work offsets, and cutting parameters.

- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and machining tools as per job requirements.

- Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.

- Maintain dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and production quality as per specifications.





- Monitor machining operations and identify tool wear, vibration, and machining defects.

- Troubleshoot basic machining and machine-related problems.

- Maintain production output as per the daily production plan.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.

- Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance checks.

- Maintain production records, tool-life records, and inspection reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
