Loading &

- Dry Runs: Load, verify, and "prove out" CNC/VMC programs (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Okuma controls) safely on the first-off component. Quality &
- Inspection: Measure finished parts using precision instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM data) to ensure compliance with GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) drawings.

Batch/Mass Production: Hand over the machine to VMC operators after a successful first-article inspection or run the machine independently during batch production. Troubleshooting &

- Maintenance: Monitor tool wear, adjust offsets, fix minor program or mechanical issues, and follow shop-floor safety protocols
