Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor VMC machines for precision machining operations.

- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining instructions.

- Perform machine setting, tool loading, tool offset adjustment, and workpiece clamping.

- Operate CNC programs and make basic program corrections when required and authorized.

- Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other measuring instruments.

- Maintain component quality as per specified tolerances.

- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.

- Identify machining defects and report machine or tool problems to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹20,100.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
