1. Machine Setting: Set up the VMC machine as per the component drawing, job requirements, and production plan.
2. Tool Setting: Select and install the correct cutting tools, tool holders, collets, and fixtures as per the machining requirements.
3. Program Loading: Load the approved CNC program, verify program details, and ensure the correct machining parameters are used.
4. Job Loading and Unloading: Load and unload components properly, ensuring correct positioning, clamping, and fixture alignment.
5. First-Piece Inspection: Check the first component after setting and obtain approval from the Quality Department before starting mass production.
6. Machine Operation: Operate the VMC machine safely and efficiently to achieve the required production targets.
7. Component Quality: Inspect components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges,



and height gauges as required.
8. Tool Wear and Correction: Monitor tool wear, replace damaged tools, and make authorized tool offset corrections to maintain dimensional accuracy.
9. Production and Rejection Control: Maintain production records, minimize rejection and rework, and immediately report quality deviations to the supervisor.
10. Machine Maintenance and Safety: Perform daily machine cleaning, basic preventive maintenance, coolant level checks, and lubrication checks; follow safety procedures and report abnormalities.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
