Job Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines independently to achieve production targets.

- Perform workpiece loading, setting, clamping, and alignment.

- Install cutting tools and perform tool changes as required.

- Make basic tool offset and work offset corrections to maintain machining accuracy.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and process sheets.

- Monitor machining operations and ensure components meet required dimensions and tolerances.

- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

- Identify machining defects and report operational issues to the supervisor.

- Follow quality control procedures and maintain consistent production standards.

- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine preventive maintenance activities.

- Follow safety guidelines,



workplace discipline, and 5S practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of relevant CNC VMC machine operating experience.

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of CNC VMC machine operation, workpiece setting, and tool changing.

- Basic knowledge of tool offsets and work offsets.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Experience using precision measuring instruments.

- Quality-conscious and production-oriented approach.

- Good discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to relocate to Por Vadodara, Gujarat.

- Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
