- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining is a plus.

- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and basic G-code or M-code.

- Math & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in basic geometry, algebra, and precision measurement.

- Physical Ability: Comfort standing for long shifts, wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and lifting moderate loads Machine Setup: Load raw materials, secure workpieces, and ensure tools or chucks are properly aligned.

- Operation & Monitoring: Start cycle runs, watch machine feeds and speeds, and stop operations immediately if errors or unusual vibrations occur.

- Quality Control: Check finished parts against engineering blueprints using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

- Maintenance & Cleanup: Explicit metal chips, manage coolant levels, replace dull tool inserts, and clean the work area
