Position: VMC/CNC-Setter-cum-Programmer

- Department: Production
- Location: Morinda, Punjab
- Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
- Salary / CTC: ₹ 3.00 – 3.5 LPA (commensurate with experience)
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Forging & Transmission Industry.

Key Responsibilities · Knowledge of setting and programming.

· Material Handling.

· Able to read drawings.

· Knowledge of GD & T and Quality Instruments

· Able to do setting on CNC & VTL machines independently and trouble shooting.

· Machine Check sheet and Hourly Production Monitoring and Tool Life monitoring.

· Knowledge of system

· Having knowledge of Jaws, Chuck and CNC Tooling and Inserts.

· Cycle Time Reduction.

· Monitoring and transparent Rework & Rejection.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
