Role Description The Visa Filling Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for assisting clients with the end-to-end visa application process, including collecting documents, verifying information, and accurately completing visa forms and related paperwork.

Officer will maintain detailed records, ensure compliance with current immigration regulations, and coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and timelines. Daily tasks include providing status updates, responding to client inquiries, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and timely submission of applications.



The role also involves maintaining confidentiality of client information and supporting continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation standards.

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail, document management skills, and accuracy in data entry and form completion.
- Knowledge of visa and immigration procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply guidelines and requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and preparing clear documentation.
- Customer service skills, including empathy, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple client cases at once.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet application deadlines.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and digital record-keeping tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an in office team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or administrative roles is an asset.
- Relevant diploma or degree in administration, law, immigration studies, or a related field is preferred.
