We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-oriented Visa Counselor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide clients regarding visa processes, documentation, and eligibility requirements.
- Assist with student visas, tourist visas, visitor visas, and other visa categories.
- Review application forms and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Provide updated information about visa requirements and procedures.
- Follow up with clients and maintain proper records.
- Deliver excellent customer service and client support.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of tourist visas of Canada, UK, USA and Schengen countries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Experience in the immigration or visa consultancy industry is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
