Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking Sales.

Experience in Annuity, Insurance, Pension, or Financial Products preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and customer-handling skills.

Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Salary

41,000 46,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).

Shift Timing

9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Working Days

Monday to Friday

Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Week Off

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and queries related to annuity and pension plans.

Explain product features, benefits,



and eligibility criteria.

Generate sales and achieve monthly business targets.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow company policies.
