Role Description The Videographer will plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality video content that supports Talevo’s brand campaigns and creator collaborations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating shoots, operating cameras, setting up lighting, capturing video footage, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into engaging visual stories.

The role also involves maintaining equipment, organizing footage, and working closely with editors and account managers to ensure campaign objectives are met. This is a contract role. It is a hybrid position based in India, combining on-site production with some work-from-home flexibility for planning, coordination,



and post-production support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust video production skills, including planning shoots and managing the production process from concept to delivery.
- Candidates should possess camera operation skills, including handling different camera types and optimizing settings for various shooting environments.
- Candidates should possess lighting skills, including setting up and adjusting lighting to achieve the desired mood, clarity, and visual quality.
- Candidates should possess shooting video skills, including framing, composition, and capturing stable, well-exposed footage.
- Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, or influencer teams to produce campaign-focused content.
- Proficiency with basic video editing tools and familiarity with post-production workflows is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content formats commonly used in influencer and brand campaigns.
