Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, rhythm-driven, and story-focused Video Teaser Editor to join our core post-production team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning hours of raw 4K multi-cam footage into gripping 60-to-90-second cinematic teasers, wedding trailers, and high-impact social media reels (9:16).

The ideal candidate understands cinematic pacing, beat-matching, narrative emotional arcs, modern sound design, and color grading workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Teasers & Highlights: Craft engaging 60-second Instagram reels, 90-second wedding teasers, and 3-to-5-minute cinematic highlight films from raw event footage.
- Story & Rhythm Curation: Select the strongest visual frames, emotional glances, audio soundbites (speeches, vows, mantras), and assemble them into a compelling narrative flow.
- Music & Sound Design: Source licensed tracks that fit the mood; execute beat-synced cuts, ambient foley, transitional whooshes, risers, and vocal balancing.
- Color Grading: Work with 10-bit Log footage (S-Log3, C-Log, V-Log) to apply show LUTs, match multi-camera colors, balance skin tones, and achieve a consistent luxury film aesthetic.
- Platform Optimization: Deliver exports optimized for specific platforms (16:9 4K for YouTube, 9:16 for Instagram Reels/Shorts),



ensuring proper framing and typography/motion graphics.
- Data & Project Management: Follow standard file management protocols, proxy workflows, backup routines, and storage archiving on local NAS/RAID setups.
- Collaboration & Turnaround: Coordinate directly with the creative director to implement revisions promptly and meet delivery deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Software Expertise: Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve. Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects (for lower thirds, title cards, motion graphics) and Photoshop is a robust plus.
- Visual Rhythm & Musical Sense: Exceptional intuition for rhythm, micro-expressions, pacing, and dynamic speed ramping.
- Color Correction Knowledge: Familiarity with primary color correction, secondary skin-tone adjustments, and color space transforms (Rec.709 / Log workflows).
- Technical Competence: Solid understanding of video codecs, bitrates, frame rates (24p, 60p, 120p slow-motion conform), aspect ratios, and audio mastering levels.
- Portfolio Requirement: A showreel or links to previous work showcasing wedding teasers, event promos, or fashion/lifestyle trailers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
