Job Responsibilities

- Property Video Shooting: Shoot high-quality videos of residential plots, flats, villas, and real-estate projects at different locations in Lucknow.
- Video Content Creation: Record clear, engaging videos for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- CRM Updates: Update the CRM system regularly with property details, site-visit information, customer interactions, and daily work reports.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of property videos, project details, shooting dates, and site-visit updates.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to understand video requirements and project priorities.
- Daily Reporting: Share daily shooting updates, completed tasks, and CRM status with the reporting manager.
- Location Coverage: Travel to different property sites across Lucknow as required.

Required Skills




- Basic knowledge of mobile video shooting and camera handling.
- Knowledge of real-estate video shooting is preferred.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and data entry.
- Positive communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in real-estate video shooting and CRM management will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Work Requirements
- Full-time office and field work.
- Regular property-site visits.
- Timely CRM updates and daily reporting.
- Salary: As per experience and skills.
