Role Description The Video Editor role at MANTRA STUDIOS is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Video Editor will assemble raw footage into polished videos, cut and refine sequences, add transitions, and synchronize audio to create cohesive and compelling stories. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with directors and producers, following creative briefs, organizing and managing media assets, applying color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics or visual elements as needed.

Editor will export and format deliverables for various platforms, maintain project timelines,



and ensure all work meets brand and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to manage projects from rough cuts to final output.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with an understanding of color theory and visual consistency across footage.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and integrating Graphics into video to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru on a full-time schedule.
- Relevant academic background or professional training in film, media, animation, or a related field is preferred.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, color grading, and motion graphics work.
