Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into engaging content for social media, event highlights, promotional videos, and founder/investor storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and trimming clips, applying transitions, effects, and color correction, integrating motion graphics and basic design elements, and ensuring consistent branding across all video assets. The role will collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to plan video concepts, meet content calendars, and optimize videos for digital platforms.

Editor will also manage file assets,



maintain project documentation, and stay updated on video trends relevant to startups and sports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage and assembling polished final outputs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone, mood, and high-quality image correction.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, overlays, and simple animated elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
- Solid storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an eye for pacing, sound, and visual composition are beneficial.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns, preferably in sports, entertainment, or startup ecosystems, is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is beneficial.
- A relevant degree or certification in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
