We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who can create engaging video content for performance marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good understanding of audience engagement, and an interest in AI-powered video generation and automation.

- Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-conversion performance marketing advertisements.

- Create engaging brand and social media content, including reels, founder videos, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes videos, and brand journey stories.

- Use AI-powered video generation tools and video automation workflows to enhance content creation.

- Ensure strong hooks, effective pacing, sound design, and visual flow across video content.

- Collaborate with the growth team to create compelling content aligned with marketing objectives.

- Work in a fast-paced, experiment-driven startup setting.

Required Skills and Experience

- 3+ years of experience in video editing.

- Adobe After Effects proficiency is mandatory.

- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

- Experience creating performance marketing ads and short-form social media videos.

- A good understanding of hooks, pacing, sound, and visual storytelling.

- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with frequent experimentation.

- Familiarity with AI video generation and automation is relevant to the role.
