About the Role

We are hiring a Video Editor & AI Creative Producer for a product-led pet healthcare company for its Bengaluru office. Own end-to-end video production for organic social and paid campaigns. Create AI-generated animations, product videos, short-form social content, and supporting graphics for Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn, tailored to the brand and US audience.

What You’ll Do

- Develop concepts, hooks, and visual references from campaign briefs and audience needs.
- Create Reels, TikToks, trend-based videos, everyday social content, and paid ads using footage, scripts, product images, and AI assets.
- Produce AI-assisted product videos, demos, lifestyle scenes, UGC-style ads, and animations; choose AI or live footage to suit the brief.
- Edit with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and sound design; adapt content to each platform.
- Maintain brand consistency, including continuity of AI-generated characters across scenes; research US trends, competitors, and pet-parent content.
- Manage projects from brief to final export, collaborate with marketing and design, and handle assets, feedback, and revisions. A straightforward first cut is typically due within 24 hours of receiving the brief and required assets.
- Keep pet and health-related content engaging while avoiding misleading medical claims.

You Might Be a Fit If…

- You have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in video editing and social media content production.
- You can show short-form social, product, or paid advertising work in your portfolio.
- You have practical experience with AI video generation and animation tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, or similar.
- You can edit both AI-generated videos and regular short-form social content.
- You can create motion graphics and supporting designs using tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- You understand hooks, storytelling, pacing, transitions, captions, sound design, and calls to action.
- You understand US social media trends, audience behavior, and pet-parent content, and can maintain AI character consistency across scenes.
- You’re organized, self-directed, comfortable with feedback, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred: Experience with AI cartoon videos, dog-related content, or social media analytics.

Shortlisted candidates may complete a time-boxed practical task using a supplied brief, assets, and reference. It may include a short-form ad and an AI-assisted product video. We assess creative quality, understanding of the brief and brand, storytelling, ad effectiveness, AI skills, and speed.

- 3-5 short-form social media videos.
- 2-3 paid ads with clear hooks and calls to action.
