Company Description : Rocks Fitness is a Bengaluru-based fitness community with over 16 years of experience helping people make fitness a sustainable part of their lifestyle, led by Dr. Rockie Rajamani, a fitness entrepreneur with a strong social media presence ( Rockie_Beast ).

Role Description

- The Video Content Creator will produce high-quality video content that showcases Rocks Fitness workouts, coaching, member stories, and community activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning video concepts, shooting on-site footage in the gym and studio, coordinating with trainers and staff, and editing videos for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- The role involves creating engaging short-form and long-form content, aligning visuals with brand messaging, and optimizing videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

The Video Content

Creator will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content calendars, track performance, and refine creative strategies.

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in video production, including planning shoots, operating cameras or smartphones, and capturing high-quality audio and visuals.
- Candidates should possess skills in video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. or similar software to create polished, engaging content.
- Candidates should possess skills in visual storytelling and basic motion graphics, with an eye for composition, lighting, and fitness-oriented aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital and social media content creation, including familiarity with platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other fitness-related channels.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with coaches, members, and the marketing team.
- Relevant experience in fitness, sports, or lifestyle content creation is highly beneficial, along with an interest in health and wellness.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video projects is preferred, and formal education in media, film, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to early-morning or evening shoot schedules as needed.
