bout the Role

We are looking for a creative, high-energy, and hands-on Video Content & Podcast Outreach Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be right at the heart of our brand and podcast production—capturing authentic behind-the-scenes moments, producing engaging vlog-style content, and helping us connect with exciting guests for our podcast.

This is an in-office, daily on-site internship based in South Bombay, so we are specifically looking for candidates currently residing in South Mumbai who can easily commute to the work every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Vlog-Style Content Creation: Shoot agile, engaging, and trend-aware vlog-style videos featuring the team and day-to-day brand activities.
- Video Editing: Perform basic, crisp edits (cutting, adding captions, pacing, and basic color grading) tailored for short-form and long-form social platforms.
- Social Media Publishing: Manage the uploading and scheduling of video content across YouTube (Long-form/Shorts) and Instagram (Reels/Stories).
- Podcast Guest Outreach: Research prospective guests, draft personalized invitations,



reach out via email/social media, and assist in coordinating schedules and bookings for upcoming podcast episodes.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Location: Must currently reside in South Bombay (SoBo) and be available to work from the office on a daily basis (this is not a work-from-home position).
- Content Skills: A keen eye for visual storytelling, familiarity with shooting on smartphones/cameras, and proficiency in basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.).
- Social Media Savvy: Deeply familiar with Instagram Reels, YouTube formats, and current short-form video trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach and guest coordination.
- Proactive & Organized: Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple daily tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
