The Vice Principal serves as the second-in-command, managing daily school operations, student discipline, and academic execution while supporting the Principal in strategic leadership.Key Responsibilities

- Academics: Oversees timetables, lesson plans, exams, and teacher evaluations to maintain board standards.
- Discipline & Welfare: Manages student behavior, attendance, safety protocols, and parent communication.
- Operations: Coordinates daily teacher substitutions, handles administrative schedules, and stands in during the Principal's absence.
- Staff Leadership: Assists with teacher onboarding, career development, and conflict resolution.

Key Requirements
- Education:Master’s Degree (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.) paired with a B.Ed. or M.Ed.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of leadership experience as an Academic Coordinator, Headmistress/Headmaster, or Senior Teacher.
- Skills: Strong crisis management, administrative organization, and exceptional interpersonal communication.
