Position: Pre-Primary Vice Principal

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Vice Principal to support the academic and administrative operations of the pre-primary section and ensure a protected, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Principal in managing the day-to-day activities of the pre-primary section.
- Supervise and guide Mother Teachers and Associate Teachers.
- Monitor classroom teaching, lesson plans, and curriculum implementation.
- Ensure age-appropriate teaching methodologies and activity-based learning.
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, safety, and student well-being.
- Coordinate with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.
- Conduct teacher meetings, classroom observations, and staff training sessions.
- Monitor student attendance, assessments, and academic records.
- Organize school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.




- Ensure effective communication between teachers, parents, and school management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- B.Ed., ECCE, NTT, or Montessori certification preferred.
- Previous experience in pre-primary teaching and school administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Previous leadership or coordination experience in a pre-primary section is preferred.
