We're looking for a highly accomplished "Product Engineering Head-AVP Level" to drive the development of enterprise-scale Generative AI platforms and products.

This role requires a rare blend of engineering leadership, technical depth, platform ownership, and product execution. The ideal candidate has progressed from Software Engineer to Engineering Leader and has successfully built and scaled GenAI products from idea to production.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale GenAI products and platforms.
- Lead multiple cross-functional engineering teams.
- Drive architecture, platform strategy, engineering roadmap, and execution.
- Build scalable AI platforms leveraging LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and contemporary cloud technologies.
- Establish engineering best practices, quality frameworks, and governance.




- Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

What We're Looking For- Must Haves

- 15+ years of software/product engineering experience.
- Currently serving as Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Director Engineering, AVP Engineering, VP Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience building and scaling GenAI products or platforms from 0→1.
- Strong understanding of: Agentic AI ,RAG ,LLM Platforms, Evaluation-Driven Engineering
- Cloud Expertise- AWS/Azure
- Platform Engineering , Distributed Systems
- Experience leading large engineering organizations and multiple teams.
