We are hiring a seasoned Global Transformation Leader for a leading service-based organisation, with a robust focus on driving large-scale digital transformation, solutioning, and business growth across the Finance & Accounting (F&A;) domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale digital transformation programs across F&A;, leveraging automation, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Drive transformation roadmaps for existing clients and identify opportunities for transformation-led business growth.
- Lead client discussions, solution design, and RFP/RFX responses, including solution defence and transformation proposals.
- Engage with CXO and senior stakeholders to drive transformation strategy and manage complex client situations.
- Build and lead transformation teams, collaborating with technology, analytics, and delivery teams across geographies.
- Drive transformation-led revenue,



support business development, and manage multiple transformation programs.

Key Requirements:

- Over 18+ years of experience, with significant expertise in digital transformation and F&A; operations .
- Strong experience in large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering, automation, and transformation roadmap creation.
- Prior experience in a service-based organisation is strongly preferred.
- Insurance domain experience is preferred.
- Exposure to consulting, pre-sales, solutioning, process discovery, and RFP/RFX management.
- Strong client-facing experience, including CXO-level stakeholder management and solution defence.
- Knowledge of AI, RPA, BPaaS, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Proven people management, program management, and business growth capabilities.
