Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President – Sales to lead the sales function for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate project sales, revenue generation, sales team leadership, and channel partner management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across real estate projects.
- Drive residential and/or commercial property sales from lead generation to final closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Plan and execute sales strategies for new project launches and inventory movement.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, revenue forecasts, and team productivity.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.




- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for sustainable growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in sales, with substantial experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong experience in residential and/or commercial real estate project sales.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large sales teams and manage channel partner networks.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, pricing, and sales processes.
