Roles & Responsibility:

The Value Addition & Value Engineering Manager is responsible for improving product value by optimising design, material selection, manufacturing processes, and supply chain costs without compromising quality, reliability, safety, or performance. The role focuses on cost reduction,product enhancement, localization, standardization, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.





- Identify opportunities to reduce product cost while maintaining or improving functionality, quality, and reliability.
- Conduct functional and cost analysis of components and systems.
- Evaluate alternative materials, manufacturing processes, and component designs.
- Develop and implement design improvements that enhance product performance, durability, safety, serviceability, and customer value.
- Issue of drawings on regular basis to the ongoing and recent projects.
- Prepare the BOM for all the standard models.
