Job Summary
Nonna Mei is looking for a hardworking and responsible Utility / Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dishwashing areas. The candidate must be willing to work flexible shifts and support the kitchen team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and clean dishes, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Ensure proper storage of clean utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and utility duties.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain waste segregation standards.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Ensure the dishwashing area remains clean and organised throughout the shift.
- Support the kitchen team during busy operational hours.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Utility / Dishwasher is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced restaurant environment.
- Must maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Employment Details
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Duty Hours: 9 hours per day
- Shift Timing: Flexible, as per restaurant operations
