Role Description As a full-time remote User Experience Designer at India’s Future Investors, you will craft engaging digital experiences that bring the show’s money challenges and interactive content to life. You will work closely with product, content, and technology teams to understand audience needs and translate them into intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research, defining user flows, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with visual designers to refine layouts and interactions.

You will iterate on designs based on user feedback and data, ensuring accessibility, consistency,



and usability across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending storytelling, game-like experiences, and user-centered design in a fast-paced, experimental environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in user-centered design, including Design Thinking and User Experience (UX).
- Ability to conduct and synthesize User Research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong Visual Design capabilities, with an eye for layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and interactive Prototyping using up-to-date design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces, preferably in media, entertainment, gaming, or fintech.
- Understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working remotely in a dynamic environment, managing priorities and deadlines independently.
