Role & Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to overseas agents to establish business relationships and explore business opportunities.
- Arrange meetings with international agents to develop new business prospects.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities across assigned international markets.
- Communicate professionally with overseas agents and build strong business relationships.
- Follow up with prospective agents to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure effective follow-up and business development.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with international clients.




- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts aligned with the respective international markets.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales and business development.
