Title: Sr. US IT Recruiter

Expertise: IT Staffing, Staff augmentation.

Location: Remote

Industry: Any and all on the IT department side

Compensation: Remunerate with experience and industry rates

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies):

1. Candidate must have experience into end to end US Recruitment / US Technical Recruitment.
2. Should be aware with the process of Recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary and closing.
3. Responsible for sourcing and screening profile through various job portals: Dice, Monster Career-builder and ATS.
4. Candidate should have experience in Tax term: C2C, W2 and 1099.
5. Collecting requirement from Respective Account Manager.
6. Coordinating with interview panel for Telephonic and Personal Interview.
7. Negotiating salaries and closing the requirement as well as follow up till the joining.
8. Ensure quality and timeliness in service delivery to the client at all times.
9. Provide weekly report of placements, sales activity, job orders,



Pipeline progress and deals to Management.
10. Perform inside/outside sales activities to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives
11. Closely follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
12. Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 4 + years of US IT Recruitment experience required
2. Excellent verbal, written communication, determination, and strategic thinking skills
3. They should have a very good network of consultants AND/OR Vendors
4. Successful track record of client management, and recruitment operations
5. Hands-on experience with various selection processes
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Strong decision-making skills
8. Knowledge of MS Office
9. Proficient in Excel
10. Well versed in Outlook
