Roles and Responsibilities :

- Process US payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.

- Manage employee attendance tracking through timesheets to ensure compliance with company policies.

- Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues related to employee data entry errors or discrepancies.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in US Payroll processing.( Need UKG ready or Pro tool experience)

- Solid knowledge of ADP Workforce Now system (or similar) for managing employee data.

- Proficiency in preparing W-2 forms annually.

- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
