Role: US Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in US Staffing to identify, engage, and hire top talent across the United States. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals, work on direct client and Implementation partners requirements for US clients.

- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and networking channels to build talent pipelines.

- Conduct candidate qualification calls, technical screening, and interview coordination.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including offer negotiation and onboarding support.





- Maintain compliance with client hiring processes and documentation requirements.

- Build and maintain a robust database of IT talent across the US market.

Required Skills

- 2 to 6 years of US Staffing experience with a focus on technical hiring.

- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology.

- Experience working with W2(majorly) and c2c hiring models.

- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS platforms.

- Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
