Job Summary

Akrostech Consulting is looking for a skilled and result-oriented US IT & Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment. The candidate must have strong knowledge of US hiring portals, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and recruitment processes.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience working on live US client requirements and should be comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non-IT positions.

Source qualified candidates through US recruitment portals, job boards, professional networks, and internal databases.

Work on hiring portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.

Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements, wherever applicable.

Understand client requirements, job descriptions, technical skills, and submission criteria.

Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and submit qualified profiles to clients.

Coordinate with candidates, clients,



account managers, and vendors throughout the hiring process.

Follow up on interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily submission reports.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Mandatory Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on US IT and Non-IT recruitment experience.

Strong knowledge of US hiring portals and sourcing techniques.

Minimum 6 months of experience working on live US client requirements is mandatory.

Valuable understanding of US staffing models, including W2, C2C, and 1099.

Knowledge of Boolean search and candidate screening techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple job requirements and work under deadlines.

Willingness to work in US shifts and from the office in Sector 63, Noida.
