Key responsibilities

1. Source talent actively. Build pipelines of people who want a real career in insurance, through universities, licensing schools, community centres, job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.

2. Write and post job ads for sales reps and Hybrid role.

3. Keep a warm bench of pre-licensed and licensed candidates, ready for new agency requests.

4. Screen and assess. Run phone and video screens for communication, reliability and culture fit.

5. Verify P&C; and Life & Health license status, work history and references.

6. Take agency requirements.

Meet agency owners to define each opening: role, hours, remote or in-office, license level, carrier systems and budget.

7. Introduce candidates to agency owners. Present shortlists before any licensing cost is incurred, schedule interviews and collect feedback.

8. Guide licensing. Coach unlicensed hires through pre-licensing study and P&C; and L/H exams, and track progress to pass.

9. Manage offers and onboarding. Coordinate offers, start dates and paperwork, and align recent hires with the agency's workflows and systems.

10. Handle replacements. Source and place replacement candidates quickly when a placement does not work out, within the client's guarantee terms.

Keep records and report. Update the ATS or CRM daily and report weekly on pipeline, placements, time-to-fill and retention.

Required qualifications and skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent work experience.

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with high-volume or staffing-agency hiring for US clients.

- Proven hiring for sales, customer service or call-centre roles.

- Working knowledge of US insurance roles and licensing: P&C;, Life & Health, and pre-licensing exams will be an added advantage.

- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job fairs and campus networks.

- Clear, confident spoken and written English for daily calls with US agency owners and candidates.

- Skill with ATS or CRM tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and video interview platforms.

- Organised, target-driven and able to manage several open roles at once.

- Willing to work in anytime zone EST, CST, Mountain or PST

- Need to have reliable Laptop, High speed internet, working desk to work from home and privacy to work without any interference/disturbance.
