Required Skills

Robust sourcing, screening, counselling, and communication skills.

Experience in recruitment, inside sales, admissions counselling, or EdTech.

Good understanding of IT technologies and industry hiring requirements.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean search, job portals, and CRM systems.

Strong negotiation, follow-up, objection-handling, and conversion skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple targets.

Excellent English communication; regional language proficiency is an advantage.

Willingness to coordinate with US stakeholders during overlapping working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing, EdTech, admissions, or inside sales.

Experience in US IT staffing and/or technology training counselling is preferred.

Candidates with demonstrated experience in both recruitment and admissions will be given .
