Key Responsibilities Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, skilled networks, and other recruitment channels. Understand US client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill requirements. Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and eligibility to work in the US.

Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or vendors. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS/CRM records.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Work closely with US staffing clients, vendors, and internal recruitment teams. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication.

Required Skills Good verbal and written English communication. Basic understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes. Familiarity with technical job roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, QA Engineer, and DevOps Engineer. Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and candidate sourcing. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.



Ability to work independently during US business hours.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may apply. Previous experience in US IT recruitment or staffing will be an advantage. Willingness to work night shifts. Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
