Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles.

✅ Candidate sourcing via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn & other job portals.

✅ Screen and evaluate candidates for technical & cultural fit.

✅ Coordinate and schedule client interviews.

✅ Negotiate pay rates/salaries and close offers.

✅ Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

✅ Maintain candidate pipelines and update internal databases.

✅ Stay updated on US market trends, visa types & best practices.
