About the Role

We are looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruitment team and support healthcare staffing requirements across the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in US healthcare recruitment and be comfortable working with candidates, clients, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Our recruitment team works with US Federal Government clients , providing exposure to government healthcare staffing and recruitment requirements. This role offers an opportunity to work on healthcare positions supporting Federal contracts and gain experience in the US Government staffing environment. Prior Federal staffing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Location: Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US Healthcare Recruitment
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clients
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks




- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Stay updated with US healthcare rules and staffing trends

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment, preferably recruiting Nursing, Allied professionals.
- Good understanding of US Healthcare recruitment, licensing, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in sourcing candidates through job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, ATS/CRM platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Experience in license and certification verification.
- Knowledge of tax terms (W2, 1099, Full-time) and stipends
