Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter

Experience: 2-5 Years

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment (360 hiring)
- Work on Travel RN, Allied Health, and Non-Clinical roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder
- Work on VMS/MSP client requirements (Aya, Medefis, AHSA, etc.)
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage offer & onboarding
- Maintain data in ATS tools like JobDiva, Nexus, Vivian, TNS
- Ensure quality submissions and meet hiring targets

Required Skills:

- Experience in US Healthcare Staffing recruitment
- Strong knowledge of ATS tools & job portals
- Valuable communication & sour
